Oven Frame:
6" all commercially rolled channel main frame.
All stainless steel exterior door and hood.
Insulation:
Hinged, insulated inner and outer doors welded with one-inch air gap between for optimal thermal control.
Dual flow double wall insulated draft-inducing hood.
