• Available with either all-stainless steel steam injection tube with cage and fittings, or natural gas burner assembly
• Large diameter gate valve for ease of product flow
• Removable perforated drain screen for ease of cleaning and efficient discharge
• Large diameter 8" wheels for ease of mobility.
