    The versatile Micro Combo 3 can be used for either Flour or Corn tortilla production.  Constructed to our exacting standards for optimum results.

Features:

• Compact design with former, oven, and cooler on same frame
• Three rows of product (CF 21-8-1 and C 6-10 only)
• Easy to clean removable catch pan under sheeter
• Fans located on the end of cooler section assist in product cooling
• Includes one cutter (CF 21-8-16 and C 6-10 only)
• Electronic pilot ignition on oven burners
• Spring loaded oven belt tensioning

• More than 500 dozen/hour with pre-mix combustion tortillas to 6" diameter

Capacities for Micro Flour:

• 240 dozen/hour flour tortillas to 6" diameter
• 120 dozen/hour flour tortillas to 7 1/2" diameter
• 85 dozen/hour flour tortillas to 12" diameter

Capacities for Corn and Flour:

• 320 dozen/hour 6" - 8" diameter
• 120 dozen/hour to 10" diameter
• 85 dozen/hour to 15" diameter
• 800 dozen/hour corn tortillas to 6" diameter

Construction Features:

• A/C inverter drive for all functions
• Magnetically driven first tier turnaround
• First turnaround chute is mechanical
• All transfer chutes are stainless steel rake style that do not require any tools for removal
• All rake turnaround rake chutes can be adjusted using only one tool
• Plexiglass doors located on sides of cooler for product viewing
• Valves on each tier allow operator to adjust each individual tier
